Our founder, Therdo Leguisamon Sr., began his career in South Florida's industrial sector more than 40 years ago. He spent a lifetime mastering the trade, and in 2003 he built TL Welding Corporation on everything he had learned, holding it to one simple standard: be responsive, reliable, and innovative, and deliver quality work on every project that carries our name.
That standard paid off. Over more than two decades, TL Welding has earned the trust of some of South Florida's largest industrial operations, including long-running relationships with major concrete and industrial plants that have relied on us for years. It's the kind of demanding, ongoing work that gets awarded to shops that show up, hold to spec, and keep production running.
Our fabrication shop and our fleet of mobile welding trucks mean we can take your job from drawings to finished steel in our shop, or bring that shop to your site anywhere in Miami-Dade County. Every job we take on still carries the standard Therdo set: do it right, and do it to last.
TL Welding stays family-owned and operated to this day, run hands-on by the family who grew up in this shop. That is the difference you feel in the work: a real name, a real family, standing behind every weld.
